Oneida Lodge

Sleeps up to 16, bunk Style. 1 room with dbl/sng bunk and 1 sngl, 1 room with dbl/sng bunk, 1 room with sng/sng bunk and 1 sng and 4 rooms sng/sng bunks. Two "home style" bathrooms, meeting area with stone fireplace, coffee/tea bar, refrigerator, sink and microwave.

Oswego Lodge

Sleeps up to 30, bunk style. Sleeping rooms divided upstairs, one side has 4 sleeping rooms with 2 sets of bunk ( 4 beds ) with a restroom that has 2 showers, toilet stalls and sinks. The other side has 1 sleeping room with 3 sets on bunks ( 6 beds ) and 2 rooms with 2 sets of bunks ( 4 beds ). It too has a restroom that has 2 showers, toilet stalls and sinks. It has the largest meeting area with stone fireplace, coffee/tea bar, foos ball table, stage, kitchen area with stove, refrigerator, sink and microwave.

Mohican Lodge

Sleeps up to 50 bunk style. It has 8 small sleeping rooms with 2 sets of bunks ( 4 beds ) and 1 large dorm type room with 9 sets of bunks ( 18 beds ), meeting area, wood burner, coffee/tea bar, kitchen area with stove, refrigerator, sink and microwave, ping-pong table, 2 restrooms, each with 3 shower stalls, 2 sinks and toilet stalls.

You need to provide your own bedding along with all your toiletry items in all the above lodges.

Fleming Falls Retreat Center

It is designed to hold two groups of 20 or one group of 40. It has 19 sleeping rooms that have 2 double beds and their own bath, 1 room that is fully handicap accessible and has 1 double bed and own bath. Two break-out areas, a dining center, two common restrooms and a welcoming area. All linens, towels, washcloths, etc. are provided; you just need to bring your toiletry items.
