1. Select the program name, camp and date you are registering for. Please always list a first and second choice.

2. Please complete the registration form for your family and either:

   *Save $50 by registering on-line and paying with your credit card at www.lomocamps.org. or
   *Send the registration form with your nonrefundable deposit to:

     LOMO Registration, 863 Eastwind Drive, Westerville, OH 43081
Sorry for the inconvenience but registrations by phone, fax or email will not be accepted.

3. Your registration is complete when both your nonrefundable deposit and completed registration form are received by LOMO. After your registration has been processed you will receive a confirmation letter with arrival and departure times, health form, a list of what to bring, and a map with directions to camp.

4. Your final payment is due by May 31, 2010.  If you register after May 31, you will need to pay in full at that time you register.

Youth Camp Deposits

A nonrefundable deposit of $170 for a full week or $80 for a 1/2 week needs to accompany the registration form.

Youth Camp Discounts

Early Bird Discount:
March 31 - If you register and pay in full by March 31, 2010 you will receive a free t-shirt at the camp store during your week of camp.

Second Week of Youth Camp Discount:
There is an additional $50 discount for youth campers who attend a second week of youth residential camp in 2010 who have registered for another youth camp program at Mowana, LMC, or a LOMO Day Camp.

Church Youth Groups:
Church groups will receive a $50 discount per child ($50 off the paper registration fee) if the congregation mails in their group registration to the LOMO office by March 31 with:
  *one check that pays for all campers in full (and the Pastor/Adult leader if attending) 
  *a completed individual registration form for each camper that includes their parent/guardian's signature and
  *a completed registration form if a Adult Leader/Camp Pastor will be attending (required for confirmation)
